The founder of MICAP has over 27 years experience at supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and State Department activities, NATO, Homeland Security,  Department of Energy, FAA, National Guard, U.S. Federal Interagency Taskings, State Emergency Management, Local Civil Authorities, and Tribal governments.
